9.400 - QoS settings missing "Download equalizer"

Hi, I'm setting up a new 9.400-9 build for home, in VMWare ESXi 6, using VMXNET3 interfaces.

After creating the External interface (DHCP, gateway) and going to the QoS settings, I see the interface does not have the "Download equalizer" option as previous versions did (including 9.355)

Not sure if this is expected.

There is a new option "Limit downlink". Not sure if it is just renamed feature, help is still on 9.351 version.

Hi, that's not new to 9.4.

AFAICT, the WAN interface should have the Download Equalizer option, and other interfaces should have "Limit Downlink"

Just checked with a client's UTM 110 which is configured with 2 LAN and 2 WAN interfaces (9.355 firmware). There is no "Limit Downlink" label/option on any of the interfaces. Checked also with another one (UTM 125) with 9.317 version, same results.

Honestly, I don't know... I guess that we should wait for 9.4 GA release which will contain updated help file.
Help file will be for sure updated because two major features are added in 9.4 -> STAS and Sandstorm.
