UTM 120 - very high load with confd.plx, no connection to WebAdmin (Error 500)

Hi,

our  UTM 120 in  Branch Office (less than 10 User)  runs with very high load (avg 6 - more than 10) since one 9.x Upgrade (Don't know which one).

When  I try to connect to webAdmin the load increases dramatically and the WebAdmin come to Error 500.

Connections and Site2Sites are working but I'm not able to do things on the firewall. I have updated the firewall via CLI to the latest build, Reboot and other things doesn't work. I have only ssh-access at the moment.

Any Hints?

  • Discuss this with your reseller.  I don't know where you are, but here in the USA, Sophos is offering a special deal to upgrade to the new SG series.  An SG 115 would probably work for you.
