what is packet filtering violations and why in report packet filtering violation got gap?

    Hi, Mohamed, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    "Packet Filter" is another name for "Firewall" - look at the Firewall log to see what packets are being blocked and why.  A gap means that the UTM was off or was not connected to the Internet during that time.

    thanks fro reply, actually appliance not turn off and internet is still there... any idea?
