UTM Terminal Server User Tracking

Hi there!

We have dozens of clients with UTM's, quite a few of which, are using terminal servers. I've managed to integrate the UTM with AD, but can't think, or find any way to monitor user activity on the UTM.

By this, I mean we want to be able to see which AD users are accessing which websites, etc. Is there currently a way to do this?

The current client we're working with has a combination of HP thin clients, and Windows PCs.

  • Hi, Stuart, and welcome to the UTM Community!

I don't think it can work with AD-SSO, even in Standard mode.  Installing the SAA in each user's profile on the Terminal Server should work.  Please let us know your results.

  • Hi Stuart,

We have been running UTM 9 in front of Citrix XenApp environments and had no problem reporting the users via through the UTM. We control the proxy settings via IE.

    Cheers,
