  • Hi Lodda,

have you resolved your problem by deleting cores? I have similar problem here and would like to know if it is safe to delete them.
    Thanks
  • It is safe to delete the core dumps.

  • No, the problem still exists.i have not deleted the coredumps.
I've now looked even closer. The affected path is /var/storage/chroot-http/var/ and /var/storage/chroot-http/tmp
After du –sh on this directory, i can see how it rise up.
  • i have been battling this problem for months, hoping it would just go away.  rebooting, flushing cache, shorter logging intervals, switching antivirus from dual scan to single scan, yadda yadda.  nothing made a difference.

    you nailed it.  core dumps.

    thank you, kind sir.
  • I keep running into this problem have been deleting my core dump, but this time they are empty.  have been thinking about just adding another virtual harddrive to give more space to /var/storage as it is only a 700M partition is that correct or should it be bigger.

PS not sure how to disable my cache or whatever how do i fix this
