UTM 9.3 Dynamic DNS Service - Need Help with Configurations and Any Caveats

I am attempting unsuccessfully to configure Dynamic DNS. So far, I have configured the following.

1. Changed nameserver IP at my domain registrar to point to one of the DDNS providers listed in the UTM DDNS drop-down.

2. Selected NmChp in drop-down list.

2. Provided @ as username. I read this would work somewhere. Other possible usernames (listed on NmChp or left blank did not work.

3. Entered the extreamly long auto-generated password provided by NmChp.

4. Status is always "the Last Update Failed

Any help would be appreciated....If NmChp is not working with UTM is there another that is proven to work?

Look at system log for ddclient events, like:
2015:02:21-14:12:07 utm ddclient[5413]: SUCCESS: updating host.hopto.org: good: IP address set to 188.2.*.*

I saw this awhile back and I did try specifying changing the IP Strategy to Web Service. Unfortunately, this did not work and the post really doesn't provide much insight. Regarding my second question, is there another service that is proven to work well with Sophos?

Maria Nalivayko: I was able to update the IP address for '@' in browser by following the guide provided in this article https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/29/11/how-do-i-use-the-browser-to-dynamically-update-hosts-ip
Maria Nalivayko: It means the issue is related to Dynamic DNS client only. May I know if you have opportunity to contact support of this DDNS Client?

Is there any chance this can be corrected in the next client release?
