&lt;p&gt;For status code 401, if Users are authenticated via a backend AD server then check the setting in Management&amp;gt; Authentication Services&amp;gt; Advacne&amp;gt; Prefetch Directory users.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For status code 502, it clearly states- The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from an inbound server it accessed while attempting to fulfill the request. Please check that from your local end server.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No unfortunatly no answer on this question, but fortunatly we dont have any connctivity issue.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Some times I see statuscode=&amp;quot;200&amp;quot; followed by some&amp;nbsp;statuscode=&amp;quot;401&amp;quot; entries in the log (for the same URL e.g.&amp;nbsp;url=&amp;quot;/EWS/Exchange.asmx&amp;quot;).
