SMTP Reports are empty

When I click on Email Protection the report on the right is empty saying no data available. However, at least 200 emails have moved through the proxy. The executive reports for smtp are empty also.

Where might I look to troubleshoot this?

    That's a good question.  I don't know if this is just a single command that does what the old (destructive) list of commands did or if it tries to preserve the data.  Hopefully, someone else will chime in and tell us...
