[help me] manage email in internal behind firewall

my company use email ...@uit.edu.vn with outlook and I want to my user only use this email . How to config astaro prevent user use other email to send email from internal to internet?

    Hello, cong, and welcome to the User BB!

    There are two places that the installation wizard configures the UTM to allow email usage.
    • You will want to disable or delete the rule in 'Network Protection >> Firewall' that allows general access for email usage.
    • In 'Web Filtering', be sure to block the 'Web Mail' category.
