Is there any way to prevent internal users to send Spam to Internet using Astaro?

Is there any way to prevent internal users to send Spam to Internet using Astaro?
Astaro is accepting relay only from mail server, but some infected machines are sending ton of spam to Internet through mail server and Astaro.

The internal machines are using dynamic IP´s.

Hello,

It's WORKING (all internal spam are being send to quarentine) but.....Now I have the following cenario:

SMTP stored messages
Waiting for delivery (spooled): 631677

htts://***x.***.***x:4444/qm/
162 messages in spool:

It seems to me that the spool is so BIG that the system is only showing 162 on Mail Manager Window.

Another question, how do I delete the spam messages messages from command line (exim spool), using a criteria like sender Address or Subject??
