Hi,
i have many spams on my utm and it goes through the utm. I don't know if the rbl check is working proparly. is there a possiblity to check this? And i know the question is often written, but what are the best RBLs for dyn-dns-email-server? Yeah i have my own email-server working behind a dyndns and it catches my mails from Provider's Email-Account.
My antispam has the following rbls
"Empfohlene RBLs verwenden" is disabled as i read one time in internet.
Hallo and welcome to the UTM Community!
This seems to be related to #2 in DNS best practice, I select only 'Use forwarders assigned by ISP'. Any luck with that?
I use the recommended RBLs and and only add zen.spamhaus.org.
Cheers - Bob
thx for Welcome.
no its i think not the Problem and I checked again but no change to do.
For my environment as info:
1. There is a fritzbox which makes the internet2. I have an Windows Server with Win2012R2 Running. This is the DNS&DHCP-Server (Pointing for unknown Hosts to GoogleDNS)3. My Emails will lie on an DomainHost with a Catch-All-Adress4. The Windows Server at 2. collects the Mails by hmailServer and forwards it to UTM5. The UTM should validate and filter the Mails (what is not done) and sends them forward to an ExchangeServer6. Exchange looks at Mails and delivers to the right PersonOutgoing if it's relevant:Exchange goes over Smart-SMTP-Relay by the DomainHostSo other suggests?
Either I've misunderstood your topology or it's unusual when working with a UTM. Can you show us a network diagram, even a picture of one drawn by hand?
Also, show us the SMTP log lines for an email that should have been quarantined or rejected.
