CYREN is a separate company that provides the service to others, so it's not just Sophos devices that will use that information to reject mail from IPs identified as spammers. Do you still get rejections after getting your mail server off CYREN's list?

Hello Bob, there is no reason for listing OUR Mailserver on the sophos Cyren Blacklist. We can't call 100 companys to aks them to put an exception for our E-Mail Server! Thats a sophos Problem and i wan't to know why we are listet on this list.

Hallo Hansi,

As I said in the thread you linked to in your last post, the solution is to set 'Reject at SMTP time: Off' and 'Confirmed spam action: Quarantine'.

The reason in the smtp log is reason="as" extra="confirmed"

our ip is still blocked by sophos, the Cyren test looks fine for days!

Change to 'Reject at SMTP time: Off' if it reads 'Confirmed Spam' and see if it works.

still same probleme, why doesn't SOPHOS take care of this??????
realy disappointed about this! for 1 week we can not send mails to a lot of our customers.

only the mail receiver which are using sophos utm don't accept our e-mails....

hi, yes request to remove already done twice. Checked all spam list from mxtoolbox, no listing for our server

I believe that you would still have to request to be delisted by them. The error is coming from the remote server, not your own.

Have you checked more than one source for IP blacklisting?
