Mail rejected "550 Administrative prohibition"

Hello, again wo can't send mails to part of our customers. Error Message returnes:

This message was created automatically by the SMTP relay on xxxx

 

A message that you sent could not be delivered to all of its recipients.

The following address(es) failed:

 

  customers@xxx.de

    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

    host mail.xxx: 550 Administrative prohibition

 our Server is not blacklistet. Any ideas? Thank you

Found only the old topic, seams Sophos problem on blacklist...

  • I believe that you would still have to request to be delisted by them. The error is coming from the remote server, not your own.

    Have you checked more than one source for IP blacklisting?

  • hi, yes request to remove already done twice. Checked all spam list from mxtoolbox, no listing for our server

  • Are you only getting this with one sender or anyone that sends email to that domain?
