SPAM - Pop3 turn off spam notification.

Hi,

I created an expression filter in the POP3 Antispam settings. However, every time the expression filter is clicked, an email is sent to the respective mailbox with the information that the email is blocked. So too many emails declared as spam messages are sent to the clients.
Is there something I missed?

  • For POP3 to work, UTM must replace the problem message with a placeholder.   If it did not do so, the synchronization would lose context and collapse.

POP3 is old and inadequate.  POP3 filters can be evaded by connecting in webmail mode.    I suggest you examine why your mail server allows so much spam to get to your mailbox.   A change in hosting service seems to be needed.   If you change, look for one that can support IMAP (at least), and maybe MAPI, EWS, or ActiveSync.
