Pop3 Quarantine email not showing in user portal

For the past month or so we'd noticed that the "Whitelisr" option had been missing from our Quuarantine Reports

 

When we look at the quarantine report from the WebAdmin portal > POP3 Quarantine - All the quarntined emails are present

But if we look under the User Portal --> Pop3 Quarantine - There are no emails showing..

 

This was working until about 2 months ago and I've not been able to find a solution, and was hoping the 9.700 release would resolve ,but it hasn't...

Any ideas?

  • Have you checked Management... User Portal...  Advanced [tab]... Disable Portal Items...   Sender Whitelist

    to see if it is checked?  You want it to be cleared.

  • It seems like you're asking about more than the Whitelist option.  If you're also not seeing quarantined emails where you expect them, show us a line from the SMTP log file with a quarantined item and a picture of the user's Quarantine Report not containing it.  Instead of totally blanking the sender's and user's email addresses, leave enough of them clear in the log line and the Quarantine Report for us to confirm that they match.  We also need to see dates and times.
