migrated email domain to a new sophos gateway and getting issue because of BATV

Question

Hello Experts, 
 
 Our customers recently started using another sophos gateway(domain still the same) and seeing prvs= header in the sender mail on the receipent due to BATV enabled on the sophos. I still "havent" allowed the new domain under email protection -> routing -> Domain list 
 Can addition of the domain into the list fix the issue? 
 Or should I uncheck BATV directly?I dont actuall want to disable this antispam feature.Please suggest any work around

Hi Sai, 
 yes you should allow the domain and set the BATV secret under the advanced settings so both systems match the string.
