Configured to allow all sites but still have the same outcome. We had to disable the web filtering feature so our users can connect to the internet.

&lt;p&gt;we had similar problems with 9.410. Rollback to 9.409 helps but we run again into a bug within Sandstorm Utility.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After applying 9.411 which was hot released by Sophos on 02/10/ everything is fine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What fix did you apply? &amp;nbsp;-We had our supplier rollback the firmware.Everything si running smoothly now..&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;:)&lt;/p&gt;

Majority of our email traffic is through web browsers but we still applied the fix suggested on the &lt;a href="/products/unified-threat-management/f/hardware-installation-up2date-licensing/86543/sophos-utm-update-9-410-6-released" target="_blank"&gt;main&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;UTM firmware update thread. &lt;p&gt;Upload the backup from previous firmware and monitor if the problem exists. If that is not helping, show us lines from the http.log for the source system that gets denied. Curious to try this, what happens when you configure the AV engine in the UTM to use single scan as AVIRA?&lt;/p&gt;
