Since Update9.409-9 AP30 allways goes offline / inactive

Hello!

Yeterday i installed Up2date 9.409-9 and since i have installed this update my AP30 goes  in inactive / offline Mode, so that no WLAN Networks can be found...

So i have rebooted my AP30 (make powerless) and everything works fine...

 

But today (Few hours later) i cant find again any WLAN-Networks. So i logged on in Webadmin an see now the same ***... AP30 in inactive Mode!!

 

Does somebody have any idea???

In the appendix is still the logfile of yesterday

    no i didn't restart the awed Service, but i have rebooted the UTM multiple times.

    Before i used the Recovery tool, the AP30 works for 1-2 Days, after i restartet it, when he goes offline!

    But since i successfully used the Recovery Tool the AP30 doesn't works anymore

    Reflash the AP one more time and DM me with awed.log and wireless.log files.

    Delete the AP configuration and re configure it from scratch to see if that helps. Disable the AP interface and enable it to give the interface config a fresh start.

    One more before trying all the steps import the backup from the older firmware. Sometime that works.

    Any help after these steps?

    i will test this all tomorrow...

    today i have no more power to do this... I'm sick...

    Good Morning Sachin Gurung!

     

    So now i will test this all....  (The medicines works again [;)] )

     

    1.)So first i delete the AP30 from my UTM.

    2.) Then i reflashed the AP30 with the Sophos Recovery Tool! (Successfully!)

    3.) Then i connected i the AP30 again on my Network!

    4.) After that i first disabled the complete Wireless Security and enabled it again!

    5.)Then i accepted the my Pending AP30 and set the Country to Austria, the Channel to AUTO and selected my two Wireless Networks!

     

    BUT the my AP30 stays in inactive Mode :( and the Wireless Log Says: ll_read: short read or connection error:

     

    I will PM you the LOG-File from the Sophos Recovery Tool, the Wireless Log-File and the awed Log-File in a few seconds..

     

    The Wireless and the Sophos Recovery Flash Tool Log-Files are on the way... But what is the awed Log-File?

     

    EDIT:

    I have found one more Error in the Wireless Logfile:

    Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at awed_ng.pl line 347.

    Hi Xenon,

    Enable-Disable the AP interface on UTM. If that doesn't work, what happens when you import the previous backup on the UTM?

    Hi,

     

    i disabled and enabled the Guat-Wlan on wlan0

    Then i disabled and enabled again the complete Wirless Security Function..

    And then i disabled and enabled both Wlan Networks in the Wirless Security ...

    BUT nothing helps :(

     

    So then i have re imported an old Backup-File but same shit... [:'(]

     

    Since i have used the Sophos AP Recovery Flash Tool the AP30 get's NO Firmware from my UTM ....

     

    The Wirless Logfile always Says:

    Hi Xenon,

    I saw the log file and I worry that you are affected with the bug NUTM-5567. I suggest you to contact support with the BUG ID and request them to check it further. The fix to this comes in 9.410 and the bug was first seem in 9.407 with AP 50.

    I now have installed the previous UTM Version 9.408-4 in a VM and connected the AP30 to this UTM.

    Same shit.... same errors :/

    Hello Sachin Gurung!

     

    My Problem is that my AP30 is not any more under Warranty and this Ap30 is used at my Home with a UTM120 and i have only a Home Licencse and no Subscripton :(
