I don't know gsxfan - I think this has been endemic for awhile. I've noticed it before, and I ntice it still in 9.317

After a second glance I have to state that the problems of the faulty 352 are not completely solved. The message window containing "Do you want to wait 30 more seconds to finish the request?" is still a true companion. It seems to pop up after a while when I leave the web UI open in the browser. No matter if flow monitor is open or not, simply staying on the dashboard view.
And the other one "Do you want to wait another 30s...." pops up too from time after time.

This is somehow a cosmetic issue, but who can tell if there are other issues under the hood which are not so obvious? My trust in this system dimishes from update to update....

Here (home install) the two problems with graphs not displaying and flow monitor are also working again after this update.

first glance: sg210 with chrome browser: still no flowmonitor and backend issue. with firefox I do have the flowmonitore and no backend issue. Both browser used on xubuntu. For specific details, please send me a msg or case reference.

I checked with chrome and without cache and all works fine.

Hi CS,
this depends on your up2date setting. If your machines syncs update files every 15 minutes it will remove everything which is not known by the up2date servers. So if you upload packages manually, you can either configure a reasonable up2date check interval or configure manual up2date checks for the time being.

i'm new to Sophos UTM and did no realize that the file was on the ftp-site. only saw 9.352 and thought this is Version 9.352, but the filename means 9.352 to 9.353.

flow monitor issues are a mac ff issue. mac with safari is fine, w7 with ie11 is fine.

Thanks for the heads up.

I pulled the update down over ssh using wget on the Sophos UTM.

cd /var/up2date/sys
wget http://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.352006-353004.tgz.gpg

Then, to make the update appear in WebAdmin:

auisys.plx --showdesc

then updated via WedAdmin.

Upgraded a few to 9.353-4:

FlowMonitor = OK
Graphs in reports = OK

So far so good.....

Installed on the lab machine over untouched v9.352-6 and flow works again with FF without any further actions. Graphs are working too.

Definitely broken on ff and flow not dynamic. Need to update one of the other boxes. I did fix the graphs on this box earlier, but a weekly report broke them again. I will have to wait for a day or two to see if the fixes work.

i updated only my home UTM Box and there the flow monitor works again.. using firefox without cache-clearing needed.

i have to say also that i fixed the appearing of the grafix manually some weeks before...

I disagree Zaphod, my flow monitor is still broken using firefox. Maybe I need to flush a cache or two. Backend issued when I try to logoff.

I am wrong. Using Safari on the MAC and the flow monitor works and I don't get backend errors.

Most definitely still broken in FF. Tried two diferent MACs and FF fails, while safari works. Safari failed to complete login a couple of times.

More information. The VoIP devices did not automatically re-register, I had to power cycle both VoIP modems.

Installedon my home UTM, the some issue with the flow monitor and backend existins. Not tested very well. No data in the graphs. I have restarted the UTM again to see if that fixes some of the issues. I have also found in the past that midnight rollover after an update also fixes things.

Summary, install at your own risk.

I can't test most of the other features reportedly fixed in the release notes.

i am in the proces of downloading it now. i have 2 stuffed up and 1 slightly stuffed up home UTMs to fix. My home one will be first. This website sucks for formatting. Repeat ad nauseum (doesn't look right).
@Amodin - did you attach the url to the website?
Now to get the XG mob to do an update.
