  • The fix for 9.318 is to Up2Date to 9.351.

  • All my executive reports now show like this:

Anyone else run into this issue after updating to 9.352-6??

I am not having that issue on 9.351-3 but as soon as I upgrade to 9.352-6 the reports don't show right.

Same for me. I think you saw "9.351-3" in my signature and thought I was referring to that version. I wasn't ;-)

I've already reverted back to 9.351-3. No more issues.

  • All I get is a little blue box.

More importantly when is Sophos going to release a fix for this?

I don't get the backend issue if I don't use flow display.

    Ian,

  • Yes, same here. The only problem I see (so far) is the charts in Executive Reports.
  • I got bit by this update as well and do not have the resources to do a rollback and apply my backup. Few things to note that this also broke are:

    • httpproxy restarts about once an hour
    • had to disable dual scan on e-mail due to failed to connect to AV Scanner
    • error messages in /var/log/up2date.log
      • auisys[1988]: id="371J" severity="error" sys="system" sub="up2date" name="Fatal: Version conflict: required version: 9.8447 <=> current version: 9.8442" status="failed" action="install" package="savi"

I am a home licensed user and the forum is my only level of support. Do we have a status on when this can be fixed. Is there anything I can do to get my system stable. Really not looking forward to bringing down my home network this close to the holidays with all its activities.

"Happy Wife, Happy Life", guess who aint happy about an unstable Internet.  :)

  • The bug was officially announced today in this blog post, however I don't remember that anyone else reported problems with e-mail protection module, only with Flow Monitor and graphs on Dashboard and in Executive reports.

  • @vilic Thank you for the quick response. I also noticed that no one else has observed any other issues. I am hoping it is just not my dumb luck. Between this late update on UTM9 and all the issues with XG I am kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place with no place to go.

Here's hoping something comes out for UTM 9 real soon so I can go back to "Happy Life" :)

No.  That fixes the Exec Reports.  It does not fix Flow Monitor.

Check the posts after the one linked to.

  • UPDATE: My issues seems to have stemmed from a failed Ethernet port of my ESXi's MPIO configuration. This was causing the DNS server (VM) to be very slow and erratic. Once port was identified and reconfigured all things came up roses.

I am back to living with "Happy Wife, Happy Life" :)

Thanks for all the feed back
