Persistence of httpd.conf edits

Hi there, related to this KB article:

How does one get a custom setting such as Proxy100Continue Off in /var/storage/chroot-reverseproxy/usr/apache/conf/httpd.conf to persist between restarts and updates? It's becoming a real PITA to maintain this workaround.

You can set up a simple cron job to run a script to determine if the line is present in the .conf file. If not, add it then restart httpd.

I have to do this with a different service (dhcp timeout iirc).
