it seems ok, but after setting a new password, i still got WebAdmin: invalid username or password

so i did system_password_reset,via init=/bin/bash a second time

  • I was able to reinstall and restore the system and
    i can login again

i'm interested, if someone has a similar experience
    and what the reason was

    thanks

  • I felt like such an idiot when the Support engineer informed me that my user object required a one-time password to login to WebAdmin.  Sure enough, I fired up the Sophos Authenticator on my iPhone and there was an entry for my customer.  Added the code to my password and got right in

    Facepalm!
