SG 330 Cluster does not show latest firmware to install

Hello,

we are running a SG 330 Cluster and I noticed that the devices does not show newer firmware. 

What is the reason for this and how can I fix it?

What happens if I manually update the Cluster from 9.703-3  to 9.705?  Will the process be the same as "Update to latest firmware"?
Can this be done with skipping 9.704-2?

(I have 3 (non cluster) SG 135 in USA, Australia and Zürich which all show an Update Path to 9.705.)

    Hello Bernd,

    at least a part of your question I would like to answer.
    As updates are not cumulative you have to upload 9.704 and 9.705 to get to the latest version.
    And yes, the process is the same. You upload the update files to the device and it will display the updates as available. You could start install or schedule the installation.
    But these information is based on the fact that there is no other problem which block the function of update on your device.
    I think you are in good hands with H_Patel.
