this is a community forum. Nobody here could give you that code. If you lost the code you have to contact Sophos support directly. Maybe your reseller could do that for you too.
If you activated a RED you get the code via email and in the UTM. These are the places to look for.

Do you have an invoice for that RED? Otherwise it could be that you won’t get an unlock code.

No invoice, the company was sales. And the bills stayed in the old company.
The device could be stolen or something like that, that’s why an unlock code is needed. If you used the device legitimately in the old company, you could or should have the code.
Sorry, but this is the usual case.

Alex is correct - you will not be able to get the unlock code without proof of ownership. The reseller from whom the RED was purchased should be able to help even though the company was sold. Good luck!
