Hello thanks for the update. Could you try to assign IP static mapping using the IP that is outside the VPN IP Pool? this is to avoid possible IP address clash from dynamically assigned address to Static.

ich habe gerade festgestellt, dass wenn ich in dem Benutzerobjekt den Haken bei "Statische Fernzugriffs-IP verwenden" setze und eine IP-Adresse aus dem IPSec VPN-Pool angegeben, dann fliegen alle bestehenden VPN-Verbindungen raus und es kann keiner mehr eine IPsec VPN-Verbindung herstellen. Ist die Option wieder deaktiviert, ist alles wieder gut.

War keine schöbe Erfahrung :-(

Have you tried reinstalling the client vpn after this configuration change on UTM? If not please do so and kindly let us know how it goes.
