Battle.Net Problem

Hallo zusammen,

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Breakdown of TCP/UDP ports used each of blizzard games

    ===================================================

    These are the NETBIOS requests coming on the broadcast IP of the UTM LAN interface.

    Do you see any denied events in http.log for source machine 192.168.2.2?

    Please check afc.log to see if any application signature denying traffic to battel.net

    You may follow the steps below to check log events.

    ==> Login to Shell

    utm:/root # tail -f /var/log/http.log | grep -i "192.168.2.2"

    utm:/root # tail -f /var/log/afc.log | grep -i "192.168.2.2"

    Try to bypass the source machine from web protection and check if it connects to battel.net or not.

  • Hi  Yash Kothari,

    Hi ,

    You'll find afc.log in var/log directory.

  • Hallo,

    Herzlich willkommen hier in der Community !

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. Frowning2)

    In WebAdmin in 'Logging & Reporting >> View Log Files', look for the "Application Control" log to see afc.log.

    Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post one line corresponding to the "interesting" line in the above.  If you prefer, obfuscate IPs like 84.XX.YY.121, 10.X.Y.100, 192.168.X.200 and 172.2X.Y.51.  That lets us see immediately which IPs are local and which are identical or just in the same subnet.

    MfG - Bob (Bitte auf Deutsch weiterhin.)
