Sophos Secure Email - manche Anhänge nicht sichtbar

Hallo,

wir haben Sophos Secure Email 8.16.2 unter dem neusten IOS im Einsatz und bei manchen externen Emails wird der Anhang (pdf) nicht angezeigt. Im Posteingang ist die Büroklammer mit Dateigröße sichtbar, aber nach dem Öffnen der Email wird oben kein Anhang angezeigt, den man öffnen kann.

Was könnte die Ursache sein?
