UTM 9 Apple servers issues

I am having an issue that I cannot update apple devices on our office network on the latest UTM release. OS updates, and/or App downloads either stall (apps) or OS updates give a message back that there is a problem connecting to apple servers. I have checked firewall logs and see nothing out ofd the ordinary. I have the default apple exceptions and have not changed anything under we protection. Any thoughts? Thanks

  • Try to configure a transparent proxy exception for one problem-device and allow internet via firewall-rule.

    If this works, you need some new apple-webfilter-rules.
