Hallo Support , I have got an error for our remote user through ssl vpn . I got the subject error

can someone help me

Hello Nazir Heravi ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. The above error message indicates that your TAP adapters need to be reinstalled. TAP drivers are required for the VPN to run on your Windows computer.
