I hope this wasn't asked before in some other thread I did not read yet, but I would want to ask if the sophos client need's a direct connection to the internet?
I guess the answer is yes, because in this thread was talked about the proxy settings etc.

My question is now, would it be possible that the astaro itself is the host for all endpoint clients and their updates?
The UTM 9 catches all the updates and necessary files for the endpoint clients. This would lower the volume of data on sophos/astaro side and for the customers no direct internet connection needed anymore for their clients.
