With the release of 8.100 via our public "Soft" process, and the subsequent availability of the 8.100 up2date package from 8.080 for Beta testers, today we will wrap up the 8.100 Public Beta. The 8.100 Up2Date GA is currently scheduled to push out via our infrastructure on or around January 11th 2011.
The Beta programs are very important to us, and we monitor them closely with a range of our developers and QA. The unique landscape where Beta versions are installed provide us great feedback, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to test things before they are all neatly packaged and ready for general consumption.
There will be some prizes issued for the top contributors, you'll hear from us via email for some information requests.
