[8.080][BUG][OPEN] Proxy exception not valid if no source networks

I installed 8.080 and applied the backup file from my 8.003 setup.  All was good until I noticed that I couldn't stream netflix to my player.

Previously I had added an exception to the http proxy to allow api.netflix.com, nflximg.com and netflix.com.  It was still there.

I watched the proxy live log and when I tried to stream a movie it gave an error message that the exception was invalid because there were no source networks.

Previously just specifying "matching these urls" worked with out adding "coming from these source networks"

I edited the exception and added "coming from these source networks"  and specified the internal network and netflix started working again.

The default exceptions don't have "coming from these source networks"

Do I need to add "coming from these source networks" to all of the default exceptions to get them working also?

Is this because I used a 8.003 config?

Can someone that has a base 8.080 config verify if their http proxy exceptions have "coming from these source networks" specified in each one.

If it is now required then the backup import should add "coming from these source networks" "any" if the previous config did not have it specified so that it would continue to work after upgrading.
