[1.980] No check for valid email into executive report configuration [NOTABUG]

Hi

Seems there are no checks for emails in executive report configuration, whereas there is other parts in the ui where valid emails are checks (like in organizational system settings)..

you can add bubu as email without complains...

This is just a small consistency problem...

Did you press the Apply button. If I add an invalid email address and press Apply I get the following error message:

One of the values you entered is syntactically or logically incorrect.
