I have asked about his before under other ACC versions. The Time still will not keep synced in Hyper-V. Is this going to be addresses soon?

Hi,

as stated before in previous posts/threads:

ACC V2.x is based on ASG V7.5 which does not offer proper support for Hyper-V
ACC V3.x will be based on ASG V8
To my knowledge, Hyper-V support is not envisioned for ASG V8

It would be best if you check in the ASG V8 forum whether Hyper-V support is planned for V8.
