[2.170][CONFIRMED] ACC Up2Date cache does not work with ASG V8.000GA

Could you please supply relevant excerpts (around the time when the ASG V8 tries to connect) from the following logfiles:

• ASG 8.000 : /var/log/up2date.log
  
• ACC 2.170 : /var/log/u2dcache.log
  

You can also send the logfiles to acc-support@astaro.com for investigation.

How did you configure allowed networks to the ACC's Up2Date Cache on your ACC? Is the originating/proxied IP of the ASG V8 in question contained within these allowed networks?
