[2.150][FEATURE] PF Ruleset Position "incomplete"

on PF ruleset creation for position only "in front of all local rules " can be selected - missing a minimum of "at bottom of all local rules" - needed for types of standard rulesets following the "if nothing different decided locally" philosophy...

Hi Andre,

we were advised to strip this functionality for the upcoming release.

Until a considerable number of ACC administrators actually provide proof that positioning an ACC ruleset behind all local rules is required, we probably won't be able to change that.

What a pity ...
