UTM IPS causes difficulty viewing images in the forums

For a while now, I've been having trouble viewing some images attached to posts in these forums; I find that I usually have to reload the page to get them to show.

Today, I have found the reason; it's the IPS:

UTM version is 9.006, 
browser is FireFox (v22 now, but happens on previous versions as well) 
on WinXP.
