RE: App install - neverending scan cycle
The issue was with Sophos. I uninstalled Sophos Mobile Security and Samsung Pay was able to install and function correctly. i then re-installed Sophos Mobile Security with no further issues.

Feature Request: Option to schedule a regular scan for once a week.
