• User's email not syncing after internal Exchange crash

    Hi all, Our internal Exchange crashed this morning and now that it's back up and running Secure Email through Sophos Mobile is not syncing. I've tried to manually sync, have the user un-install and re-install, nothing. Any suggestions?
