Sophos Mobile Control Stop / Start Task Scheduler don't work

we have an SMC Server 8.1.3 (rev 13931) (Windows Server 2012 R2).
Now i have the problem that the "Sophos Mobile Control Stop and / or Start" Task don't work correctly and the server is not running after the schaduled reboot at 4am.
