IOS Add device : Undefined Communication Error and Enrolment Failed

I have some problems whith Iphone & SMC. It's impossible for me to add an iPhone.
After flashing the QRCode it says : "Activation failed. Undefined error"

Send Videos via Secure Mail

is it possible to send videos from my local iPhone Gallery via Secure Mail? I tried this but i saw my pictures only. Videos was not available!

At present it is only possible to allow passwords (in various forms) and PINs. When will be the use of finger prints, face or voice recognition, pattern drawings... implemented?
I discovered this when setting up an Android phone but I assume it an general issue.
