I have a Mac running macOS Sierra. This Mac has multiple accounts on it. Do I have to install Sophos on each account, or is is only necessary to install it on one for complete protection?

Sophos 1.2.1 for MAC starts twice when I reboot the computer and both show up in the status bar. I can stop one with activity monitor but it starts two when I restart the computer. Any ideas on what is causing this? The MAC is running 10.11.6
