How do I clean this alert up?
Hi. Just joined the form because I'm getting the message:
Malware not cleaned up: 'Troj/RarMal-CW' at '/'
From the Sophos database looks as though this started to be seen late March this year when it appeared on my Mac.

Interesting answer, but how does one find the file on Time Machine? Searching for it does not return a find, nor does searching for the malware on the computer. The address given for the file in Sophos Home is incomplete, listed only as "/".

I've had this warning periodically for YEARS and Sophos has not cleaned it up. Ever.
Apparently the virus can be found at '/' wherever that is.
Can Sophos offer a solution, or do I just accept Sophos cannot deal with Mal/Phish-A ?
