SAV 9 under ubuntu and the RMS console : installation ok but computer considered offline.

Is there any problem to send data collect about the computer (on which is installed Sophos Anvitirus 9.11.0.4.5) to the RMS central console through the sav-rms service ?
Because, the RMS central console is under windows but a number our computers…
