Mails that go into Quarantine and the “Include In End User Quarantine” is not checked, how will the end user or admin know that the email/s were blocked?

Is there any update from Sophos wherein protected mailboxes can be selected? This is because there are valid mailboxes that are still active, but users are resigned already.
