UTM 9.413 - Everyone Locked Out

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced any similar issues? We've had a couple of these - about 2 months apart.
We're using UTM 9 as a WAF to publish our Exchange Webmail.

this is the graph for the last 8h
every small spikes is sign of WAN traffic stops and get back again. it loks like 5 times that last 6h the traffic have stoped. :(
