Site-to-site VPN (IPSec) active but no traffic

I have a site-to-site VPN based on IPSec set-up. The VPN connection is active and it is connected. However no traffic is being send through the VPN connection.
I checked the manuals and tried it with static routing but without any succes…

We are setting a VPN IPSec Site to Site from XG 85 to Zyxel Zywall, but the connection isn't established.
Is this connection possible?
