Asking me to enable ransomeware protection but it is already
My "S" is yellow asking me to ENABLE RANSOMWARE PROTECTION. It is enabled. How can I get the S to turn green and turn off warning. I hope I'm asking this in the right place. I'm a newbie. Thank you!

Our company computers have the Sophos enterprise version and this is all managed through IT support web portal. Every time an online game is launched on CNC.net it now disconnects after 3 seconds. Worked perfectly for a long time.
