internet down when add policy in web filter in sophos utm 9.0411
Hi Community,
When you add a rule in the web filter the internet drops and goes back up, does anyone know because it is this problem? Or maybe the update made this happen. I am attentive to any help you can give me.

Just a heads up for anyone working remotely...
We had the latest up2date patch scheduled overnight. Came in this morning and UTM was unresponsive
Had to reimage UTM with latest ISO from USB and reload config.
