unable to successfully enable Sophos UTM9 Sandstorm. What's missing ?

I have licensed and activated "Sophos Sandstorm" in "Sophos UTM9 9.409-9", but even after downloading malicious files, the Sophos Sandstorm does not report any activity. What's missing ? How to activate and test Sophos Sandstorm ?

we enabled Sandstorm on UTM 9.406-3. We can see in the logs that some files are being sent to Sandbox for scanning, but the report in Advanced Protection as well as Advanced Protection -> Sandstorm -> Sandbox Activity stay empty. Nothing at all…
